is investigating. >> jailed former penn state football coach jerry sandusky is maintaining his innocence. serving a sentence of 30 to 60 years in prison after being convicted of sexually abusing 10 boys. in a note to a pennsylvania newspaper. sandusky said he is quote "trying to learn from. the struggle and circumstances" as he focuses on an appeal of his conviction on child sex abuse charges. sandusky also wrote quote "nobody who covered the case and reported it has the time or took the time to study the allegations. justice and fairness were not a focus." sandusky then denied a request for an interview following the advice of his attorneys. >> f-b-i agents are still searching for a bank robber who escaped a prison in chicago on a rope of bed sheets, after a second escapee was caught. joseph jose banks and kenneth conley climbed out the window of their cell early tuesday morning, and scaled down the wall. more than five days later, conley is still on the loose. but banks was caught late has the story >> they cut it federal marshals, a handcuffed and shackled joseph jose banks answered the judge'

surplus from penn state athletic program. the n.c.a.a. is should the school a $60 million fine in the wake of the investigation into the sandusky scandal. the money is to go toward an endowment to combat child sex abuse and help victims. sandusky was convicted the summer and is serving a 30-60 year prison sentence. >> same-sex couples can now officially tied the knot in washington state. the couples are able to legally marry. they were more than 140 people that register to marry at seattle's city hall. seattle mayor mike nmcginn is calling it agreed in joyous day with a new civil rights being recognized. 2 colorado university students are facing multiple felony charges. campus police said they fed marijuana laced brownies to their unsuspecting classmates at instructor. the two students sicken seven students and sent three to the hospital including the professor. school officials say the ad was a lapse of judgment on the students' part and not about the legalization along small amounts of marijuana. >> coming up on the kron for more in a live look outside at the san mateo bridge it looks ea

penn grove park in the petaluma area as well. there's a flash flood warning in the santa cruz mountains. that's a big deal. as in urban and small stream flood advisory until 10:00 for san francisco, oakland, san jose. the big cities under a flash flood advisory. things are starting to pop as it's very aggressive. let me put it in motion. this very aggressive, very powerful storm is looking through the bay area. the fortunate thing is it's backing through. something just catches my eye here when i look at the storm reports real quick. pardon the mess on the map. we're just kind of getting this as it comes in. i'm going to stop it. what i'm picking up here, we were talking about the creek along this area here. this isn't good. this is the main stuff here. it's going to the bay area proper. this is in that area. this is heavy rainfall that could give us some increased rises on that creek. let's go in real close to you. let's see the impact. i know what it is. so this is heavy rain falling in this area where the flood warning has been issued. flash flood warning has been issued. let's talk

's always the expectation game. and so her expectations are so high. i remember mark penn saying to a client, and i was there, we'll see you after the election when it's president clinton, and of course it wasn't. the first thing she's got to do is find a new team. the people who led her campaign in 2008 should not be the ones if she decides in 2016 because they didn't get it. they didn't understand it. and secondly that she's got an opportunity now to really fix those challenges that made her such a popular, powerful person among democrats, but so polarizing. i do think she'd be the front-runner. i think joe biden will run as well. and so you're going to have two different generations at each other. and it will be an interesting contrast. if jeb bush decides that he wants to run yet again. we ould have a clinton/bush contest. >> yeah, and nobody knows, but if my impression is at a time like this when a woman has had such a rich and varied life in so many important positions, when history comes calling, you can't say no. >> well, also when everybody you meet, abroad, at home, every day tells
